I spent nearly 17 years at RBC, leading customer service as a Managing Partner, where performance, leadership, and clear communication weren’t buzzwords; they were non-negotiables. I thrived by listening first and solving second, earning recognition as a top performer and leader.

But something was missing: challenge, autonomy, and the chance to build something of my own.
I pivoted into residential appraisals because I saw real estate as more than square footage and sales stats. I saw people navigating life transitions, estates, divorces, investments, and financial planning all requiring clarity, speed, and trust.
After refining my technical expertise at both a large firm and a boutique appraisal company, I founded Blue Heron Appraisals to deliver a more personalized approach. The blue heron symbolizes patience, precision, and independence, qualities I bring to each assignment. Like the heron, I am deeply rooted in my territory, Delta, Tsawwassen, South/North Surrey, Langley and New Westminster. We have raised our family here for nearly 25 years. I know the nuances of each unique community.
